Quick recipe: 3 Hard-boiled eggs (peeled & diced) 1 (12 ounce) can chunk light tuna in water, well drained 1 (15 ounce) can sweet peas (drained) 1/4 cup light mayo ( add more if prefer creamier consistency) 1 tsp Dijon mustard Salt & pepper to taste Buttercrunch green lettuce (or choose your own) Place the tuna into a bowl and lightly break up with a fork.
